# How To Create and Manage Workspaces

## Create your Workspace, invite your students, assign Quests, share Observations and Discussions.

### How To View Leaderboard and Spotlight

- **Gravity Awards**:

1. In your workspace dashboard, select the "Gravity Awards" tab.
2. Choose the "Leaderboard" option. Here, you will see the following categories:

- - **Featured High School Students** 
          - **High School Teams**  
            These categories can be filtered by selecting the Drop-down box and choosing one of the following categories: 
                  - 7-Day GP
                  - Academic Year GP
                  - Per Capita GP
          - **High School Students**  
            These categories can be filtered by selecting the Drop-down box and choosing one of the following categories: 
                  - 7-Day GP
                  - Academic Year GP
- **Spotlight**:

1. In your workspace dashboard, select the "Gravity Awards" tab.
2. Choose the "Spotlight" option. Here, you will see the Showcase of Student Space Exploration.

### How To Add An Observation To Spotlight

- Enter the Spotlight section of your workspace.
- Select the "Add Observation" button.
- Choose from any previously made observations to add them to your Spotlight section.
  
    - Note: If you have not created an observation, you will be redirected to set up a Mission.

### How To Move Students Between Workspaces:

1. - Go into the workspace you wish to move your student out of.
     - Choose your student from your roster.
     - On the right-hand side of the roster, choose the three-dot menu.
     - Select the "Move Member" option.
     - Choose the workspace that you would like to move them into.
     - Click the "Move Member" button.
