Members are welcome to upgrade their accounts anytime during their membership period. To upgrade, follow the below steps:
- Sign in to Slooh.com.
- Click on your Profile Icon at the top right and select "Account Settings."
- Select the "Upgrade" option and choose from the available account types.
Note: There is no refund provided when upgrading memberships.
Upgrading from Student to Apprentice Membership
If members started the Slooh Student membership, they have an option in account settings to upgrade their membership to Apprentice. When upgrading a Student to an Apprentice account, there will be a $100 subscription fee applied (No refund provided).
Upgrading from Apprentice to Astronomer Membership
If members started the Slooh Apprentice membership, they have an option in account settings to upgrade their membership to Astronomer. When upgrading an Apprentice to an Astronomer account, there will be a $300 subscription fee applied (No refund provided).
